Cherokee Antique Row is located on Cherokee Street, just east of South Jefferson, within the Cherokee-Lemp Historic District, home also to the Chatillon-DeMenil and the Lemp Mansions, on St. Louis' south side. Situated within an old neighborhood shopping district that was thriving in 1915, Cherokee Street has found new life as a gathering place for small antiques dealers and other one-of-a-kind shops. The antique shops attract all kinds of antique seekers, whether they are looking for old jewelry, china, furniture, books, architectural antiques, vintage signs or just plain junk. Six blocks of stores, and restaurants, await visitors. Most are open every day, but there are some that are closed on Monday.
